This programme may be of interest if youβ¦
β struggle to express your needs and opinions professionally and personally
β consistently avoid conflict or are often in conflict with others, at work or at home
β find it difficult to set boundaries and you attend to othersβ needs above your own
β lack confidence in pursuing goals at work or in your personal life
π‘How this programme can help
Learning about and exploring childhood relationships and experiences can help find clarity in why the above is happening now, and which belief system it is associated with. With this knowledge in mind, you can compassionately challenge that which is unhelpful, damaging and untrue and begin building a healthier self-belief system. This more nurturing system brings a calmer and truer base from which to communicate and attend to your feelings and needs.
π‘During this programme you will be given guidance in how to
β stay safe in the group and adhere to healthy boundaries
β utilise techniques on how to be an active listener and an effective speaker
β reflect on how the content relates to you and your life, and practice new ways of being and engaging in relation to others.
